　　2024 金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后 GDP 比重超 G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

　　陈福耀，1940 年生于广东始兴人，原任羊城晚报报业集团主任编辑，61 年毕业于佛山艺专国画专业，后进修广州美院。国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。美术作品经常参加省、市、全国及国际性大型美展，并获各种奖项，不少作品被国际友人、港澳台知名人士及国内美术馆、画院收藏。

　　Chen Fuyao, born in 1940 in Shixing, Guangdong, was formerly the chief editor of Yangcheng Evening News Group. Hegraduated from Foshan Art College with a major in Chinese painting in 1961 and later studied at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. National first-class artist, member of the China Artists Association, member of the China Calligraphers Association, and vice chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. Artworks often participate in large-scale art exhibitions at the provincial, municipal, national, and international levels, and have won various awards. Many of these works are collected by international friends, well-known figures from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, as well as domestic art museums and academies.

　　1975 年、1978 年由天津人民美术出版社出版发行《人物线描》1、2 集;

　　1985 年由岭南美术出版社发行《陈福耀作品选》(国画册);

　　2020 年由国际名人百科力荐入展“文博会”。(中国(深圳)国际文化产业博览交易会，由中共中央宣传部(国家新闻出版署、国家电影局)、中华人民共和国文化和旅游部、中华人民共和国商务部、国家广播电视总局、中国国际贸易促进委员会、广东省人民政府和深圳市人民政府联合主办，深圳报业集团、深圳广播电影电视集团、深圳出版发行集团公司、深圳国际文化产业博览会有限公司承办的唯一国家级文化产业博览交易盛会)。

　　2021 年由国际名人百科举荐，中国访谈网权威发布，《2021 年中国当代高层次书画艺术人才-—范迪安陈福耀》。

　　2023 年由中共中央宣传部组织的精神文明建设：五个一工程，评选全国各省，自治区，直辖市和中央部委以及解放軍总政治部等单位细织产生，推荐申报的精神产品中五个方面的精品佳作。我三幅作品入选，书法作品:祖国万岁，被评为优秀奖，组委会将我三幅作品排在《努力铸就新时代文艺高峰一第十六届精神文明建设:五个一工程，优秀作品集》首位。

　　这些证书来去国家图书馆，中央美院，北京和全国各地高等艺术院校，图书馆等、收藏由河北出版传媒集团，河北美术出版社出版的《中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本陈福耀国画作品选》(八开本)画冊的证书。

　　Calligraphy works:

　　The "Spiritual Civilization Construction: Five One Projects" organized by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2023 will selectand recommend excellent works in five aspects of spiritual products from various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, central ministries and commissions, as well as the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army. My three works were selected, and my calligraphy work "Long Live the Motherland" was awarded the Excellence Award. The organizing committee ranked my three works first in the"Striving to Forge a New Era of Literary and Artistic Peak -16th Spiritual Civilization Construction: Five One Projects, Excellent Works Collection".
